Staff is very friendly & helpful. Dr. Grau is very kind. Old fashioned hand shakes at every visit, coming & going. Morgan, his assistant, is my angel. I have PTSD from a former dentist & she made me feel so relaxed & confident at the consultation. On date of surgery I was struggling so hard with anxiety & was very uncomfortable. She grabbed my hand & held it & I immediately felt peace. She held it until I was asleep. I know I will struggle at my next procedure, but I also know that with her by my side I will be just fine! I could not wait to see her for my follow-up to thank her & tell her how much I appreciate her kindness. You do not find that type of bedside manner these days!
